Standards of Services
This is a Homoeopathic Research Institute, destined to provide treatment and research in Homoeopathy, especially for Psychiatric disorders. Apart from psychiatric management, this institute also provides standard care to all patients irrespective of their disease conditions. We are committed to providing unbiased, polite, and courteous services to the patients.

Out-Patient Departments (OPD)
OPD services start at 9 am on every day except on Central Govt. holidays. One General Medicine OPD and one Psychiatry OPD will be functioning on all public holidays except Sunday. . Every Out Patient seeking treatment at the Institute is registered at the Reception section on a first come first served basis and issued an OP Registration Card. The OPD token will be issued from 6 am onwards and the registration counter will be open from 7 am to 12 pm. Information on OPD Days has been displayed at the reception and in the main hall of OPD. All the services are provided on nominal charges except for Below Poverty Line patients and Research cases who are exempted from payments

- Visiting hours – 4 p.m. to 6 p.m

The patients admitted to the hospital are entitled to the following facilities depending on their disease condition:
- Regular and periodical examination by the doctors
- Medications and treatment
- Periodical change of personal linen and bed linen
- Psychological methods of treatment like group therapy, psychotherapy, counseling depending on the needs of the patients
- Ward activities like games, reading, Regular exercise, etc.
- Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy, Yoga therapy.
- Recreational facilities
- Kind and courteous service from all the members of the ward
Laboratory Timings
- Routine Investigations:
- Week Days 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- The second Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays closed.
- Collection Timing: Week Days 9.00 am to 1.00 p.m.
Complaints/Grievances
Every grievance is duly acknowledged. The complaints and suggestions noted in the book will be brought to the Officer In-charge. We aim to settle your genuine complaints within 10 working days of its receipt. Suggestions/Complaint box is provided at the waiting hall opp. to General OPD.
